The General Sponsor will receive the following benefits:
Sponsor's name and logo on all advertisements and promotions in the media for one month prior to the opening of the Festival.
VISIBILITY
The General Sponsor's logo will be prominently featured on all printed materials of the Festival.
Coloured Festival Posters
- Standard sized posters. Sponsor's logo identified with the words
"General Sponsor of the Festival" and featured prominently on the standard sized posters.
500 copies. Distribution: 400 on billboards around the city, 15 on display at the
Philharmonia from December 5, 2002, to January 7, 2003.
- Oversized posters. Sponsor's logo identified with the words "General Sponsor of the Festival"
and featured prominently on oversized posters (180x120cm) on lighted billboards strategically placed
in the city. Distribution: 60.
- Standard sized posters featured on 10 three-sided free standing pyramid kiosks strategically
placed around city.
Street banners - The General Sponsor's logo will be featured on street banners in the
central district - no less than three - from December 15, 2002 to January 7, 2003.
Balcony banners - The General Sponsor's logo will be featured on 3 banners displayed on
Philharmonic balconies on Mikhailovskaya Street and on 1 banner on Small Hall balcony on Nevsky
Prospect from December 1, 2002 to January 7, 2003.
Flyers - The General Sponsor's logo will be featured on flyers announcing the festival -
to be distributed during November and December on the Oktyabrskaya railroad business trains from
St. Petersburg to Moscow and on the St Petersburg-Helsinki route. 10,000 copies.
ADVERTISING
The General Sponsor will be entitled to:
- A full page of advertising in the Festival souvenir programme. 2000 copies.
- A full page for a word of welcome with photograph and signature of company head in festival programme.
- Logo on all festival tickets and invitations.
- Company banners displayed at all festival events.
- Mention /or logo display on broadcast advertisements for the Festival on television and radio. Number and stations to be determined.
- Full page ads in concert programmes of the Philharmonia in October, November and December. 6 on back covers of programmes.
PUBLIC RELATIONS ACTIVITIES
The General Sponsor will have the right to:
- Conduct promotional activities during festival events.
- Place a display, advertising boards, and/or distribute literature in the foyer of the Great and Small Halls of the Philharmonia. The Philharmonia will work with the General Sponsor to tailor specific promotions to the Sponsor's needs.
MEDIA COVERAGE
The Festival normally attracts a great deal of local and national media attention. This year, because the Festival is the first official celebration of the 300th anniversary of the city, organisers anticipate a very high degree of media attention .The Festival organisers will work to draw attention to the General Sponsor's role in the Festival at every opportunity. The General Sponsor will be mentioned in TV and radio interviews where possible.
Press conference: The General Sponsor will participate in the opening press conference together with the Festival director and directors of the partner institutions.
COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS
- 6 VIP tickets to the opening and closing concerts of the Festival.
- 6 VIP tickets to the opening and closing receptions of the Festival.
- 10 VIP tickets to festival concerts of choice of the Sponsor.
- 6 invitations to Maestro Temirkanov's New Year's Eve Ball at the Yusupov Palace.
- 6 invitations to the Russian Museum Festival exhibition and event.
