I invite you to St. Petersburg during sparkling White Days for the Fourth International Winter Festival Arts Square.

The festival this year is a very special one, as it ushers in the 300th anniversary of the founding of St. Petersburg. In fact, ours is the first official celebration of the jubilee year. We have invited highly renowned musicians, as well as young emerging talents, to participate in a series of concerts with our famed Philharmonia orchestras. Boris Eifman will stage his beautiful ballet "Russian Hamlet" for our festival. The State Russian Museum has developed an intriguing exhibition based on dialogues in Russian art especially for the festival. And, the Grand Hotel Europe will host festival artists and guests in lavish style.

We will celebrate New Year's Eve together in the Yusupov Palace. The ball will culminate in a spectacular firework display in the palace courtyard.
